We know walking into a new gym for the first time can feel intimidating, especially when you’re new to the sport

- Arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled class to check in and change if needed

- 5-10 minutes of warm-up drills and movements 

- Technique + instruction where the instructor breaks down the movements you’ll be working on, split into drilling sequences 

- Once you’ve been coming to a few classes, we recommend adding rolling to test your skills and learn at a comfortable pace with a paired partner  

If you’re new to Jiu Jitsu, we recommend our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals class IG 1 which is very hands on, instructional and supportive to make sure you feel confident on the mat.
