IRONGRIP GYM POLICIES

Gi Classes:
All students are required to wear an IRONGRIP gi for all gi classes. This helps maintain uniformity, hygiene, and team identity.

No-Gi Classes:
We recommend the following gear for no-gi classes:
- Rash guard
- MMA shorts (no pockets or zippers)
Normal workout clothing is acceptable as long as there are no pockets, zippers, or metal attachments for safety reasons.

We recommend a mouth guard and athletic cup (for men) for all classes.

No. For safety reasons, all jewelry (including watches, rings, necklaces, etc.) must be removed before stepping on the mat.

If you have body piercings that cannot be removed, please tape them securely to minimize the risk of injury to yourself or others.

No shoes are allowed on the mat under any circumstances to maintain cleanliness and prevent damage. We recommend bringing slip-on shoes, sandals, or flip-flops to wear when off the mat (i.e., using the restroom or walking through the gym).

Parents or guardians should plan to drop off children just before class starts and promptly pick them up after class ends.
This helps ensure a smooth transition between classes and allows coaches to focus on teaching without distraction.
