What to expect:

We know walking into a new gym for the first time can feel intimidating, especially when you’re new to the sport, and we know how much courage it takes to actually walk through the front door. This is why we continuously strive to lift our community up and make you feel welcomed from day one. We can’t wait to help you develop your skills one step at a time. 

Most of our classes are structured as such:

- Arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled class 

- 5-10 minutes of warm-up drills and movements 

- Technique + instruction where the instructor breaks down the movements you’ll be working on, split into two sequences 

- Once you’ve been coming to class for a while and move up to the BJJ class, you’ll start rolling to test your skills and learn at a comfortable pace with a paired partner  

If you’re new to Jiu-Jitsu, we recommend our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals class IG 1 which is very hands on, instructional and supportive to make sure you feel confident on the mat.
